Day 1 · Arusha to Tarangire

Arusha to Tarangire National Park

Drive about 2.5 hours to Tarangire for a full-day game drive among elephant herds, baobabs, lions, leopards, and rich birdlife. Picnic lunch in the park, then transfer to Karatu for dinner at Escarpment Luxury Lodge.

Morning drive through the Ngorongoro Highlands and an optional Maasai village visit, arriving in the Seronera area for an afternoon game drive on the Serengeti plains.
