2 Week Expedition Kilimanjaro Summit. Mount Kilimanjaro(5895m ) is the highest mountain in Africa and also a major climbing destination. In this 2 weeks adventure, you will reach at its summit through the beautiful Machame route. There are several trekking routes leading to the top of Kilimanjaro. Machame route is widely proclaimed as the most scenic and successful route. The first few days you will climb Mt. Meru (4566m). It is the second highest peak of Tanzania. This climb serves as practice for the ultimate goal. This tour is offered by Simba Paka Safaris.

Itinerary

Day 1 -2 :
Getting started

International flights to moshi. Transfer to the hotel. Dinner and overnight at hotel

Day 3 – 5 :
Mount Meru

Climbing of mount meru. Over nights in miriakamba hut ( 2514m) and saddle hut ( 3600m)Transfer to moshi . dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 6 – 12 :
Mount chile and kilimanjaro

Ascent to mount chile . day of rest and acclimatization.
Climbing kilimanjaro . private transfer to moshi for dinner and overnight.

Day 13 – 14 :
End of trip

Morning of shopping in moshi. International return flights.
