Main Info

Amboseli National Park is the country’s international biosphere reserve with a huge ecosystem that spreads across the Kenya-Tanzania border.

The park has an endless supply of water filtered through thousands of meters of volcanic rock from Mt. Kilimanjaro. Hence, its name “Amboseli” which means “Place of Water” in Maasai. Herds of zebra, wildebeest, giraffe, impala, leopards & elephants will make your imagination of African wildlife come to life. Mt. Kilimanjaro forms the backdrop of this game sanctuary.

After which, we will make our way to Amboseli National reserve at the foot of snow-capped Mt. Kilimanjaro, Africa’s highest peak. Travel time is around 4-5 hrs. With a stop-over. You will arrive at your accommodation in Amboseli in time for lunch.
After check-in, you may go swimming or take an afternoon siesta. At 04:00 pm in the afternoon, we will go for an exciting, evening game drive where you are welcome to take your drinks and chill out at the observation hill. We will return to the camp for dinner and accommodation.

    What Others Say About Us

I recommend Simba Paka Safaris. We had a great experience at the Maasai Mara with our guide who was extremely knowledgeable and managed to help us see all the animals that we wanted to see. Diana B
I did the 4 day Masai Mara and Lake Nakuru safaris. From start to finish, Simba Paka Tours was professional, reactive, and great at communicating all facets of the trip. I did the mid-range tour and Paul organized my hotels on arrival and departure, transfers, and the best tour guide possible. If you do this tour and you get Johnny Jackson as a guide, you will be very lucky. Hellen W
Amazing Safari! We did a Safari with Paul and his staff, 5 days in Masai Mara. It was a wonderful experience, that allowed us to see all the Big Five thanks to our guide's ability! Paul is very gentle and professional. I recommend it very much for a unique experience. Sabina F
Mr. Paul is a very friendly and just a gentlemen person. We did a 7-day Kenya safari and we not only saw the big 5. Following advice from Paul from Simba Paka Safaris we went to the following national parks; Nakuru, Masai Mara, Amboseli, and Lake Naivasha. Bhagwan S
We did a 7-day Safari from Masai Mara over Lake Nakuru and Lake Naivasha to Amboseli. First of all, our driver/guide Francis was wonderful! He was super engaged, always attentive, and made sure we got the best possible views and pictures. When we asked for something, he immediately ensured it was sorted out. Max F
