Murchison Falls National Park
Murchison falls is located on the shore of Lake Albert in northwest Uganda. The park is known for Murchison falls where the Victoria Nile River surges through a narrow gap over a massive drop.

Along with Bugungu Wildlife Reserve and Karuma Wildlife Reserve, the park forms part of the greater Murchison Falls Conservation Are in north west Uganda.
The park hosts 4 of the `big five’ ( buffalo, elephant, leopard, lion), giraffes, bushbucks, waterbucks, warthogs and crocodiles as well as variety of bird species.
The park also supports tourist activities such as sportfishing, boat cruise tours, hiking to the topof falls, hot air balloon safaris, game drives and birding tours among others.
