4x 4 Safari vehicle Hire and Rental in Kenya

At Simba Paka Safaris, we have 4×4 safari vehicles for hire and rental which include 25 4×4 safari land cruisers. Each vehicle is driven by one of our trained safari guide. Based on Kenyan Law, these vehicles licensed as Tour Service vehicles (TSV) must be drive by our trained driver guides. Our guides have between 10 to 35 years of safari experience. We can also help you in hotel booking and planning your safari itinerary, though we do not offer self-driving care hire.

We have many great types of safari vehicles that can handle all kinds of landscape which include 4×4 safari Land Cruiser for the tough roads and 25-seater buses for group trips.  All our vehicles are custom-built for rough roads, well serviced and of good condition n to ensure that they do not break down while you are on a safari in Kenya. The safari vehicles also have lasting radios so that our driver guides can communicate with each other while on game drives tracking wildlife.

Each vehicle is built for a specific purpose. Shuttle buses are mainly utilized by groups for city trips because they are not made for rough roads. The other types of vehicles are made for safaris and have pop- up roofs and sliding windows for clear spotting of animals and to able clear photos. Some 7 and 5 seaters are customized with canvas roll-up windows that the driver guide may open for you for best spotting of animals. We can also provide a bean bag free of charge if you require one to support your camera for photography.

Toyota Land Cruiser (4 wheel drive) – 8 or 7 seat safari customized 4×4 Land Cruiser and Jeeps

 The vehicle seats 7 or 8 people comfortably. In the 7- seat vehicle, each person has their own window seat while 8- seat vehicle one person sits in the middle at the back. The safari vehicles have a pop-up roof and shock absorbers for best spotting of animals and best photography. The vehicles are driven by safari guides who have 10 to 35 wildlife experience. We offer free airport pick-ups and drop-offs if it happens on the same day as your safari. The price given does not include fuel and park entrance fees for the vehicle and the driver. This vehicle is great for 4-8 people who want to travel together. The safari vehicle has a large pop-up roof for great spotting of wildlife and good photography. The safari vehicle has two diesel tanks therefore can go for long without refueling. The 4×4 land cruiser has a large body to provide more space for legroom for passengers.The safari vehicle has comfortable seats that recline We have customized special suspension system added in the vehicle for smooth travel on rough roads. High-frequency radio in the vehicle for communication between the driver guide and other guides when searching for wildlife. All safari vehicles have two spare tires. The vehicles have four doors that open wide for easy access and finally unlimited free wifi is available.

A standard 4×4 safari 4×4 Land Cruiser

The open-sided 4×4 Land Cruiser is great for wildlife photography. It has removable glass windows that can be replaced with canvas sides. The canvas sides roll up, giving you great space to spot animals and can be zipped to avoid rain, dust or sunlight. The doors also have large windows that roll down, giving you many angles to get the best pictures. The pop-up roof is big, giving you a 360-degree view so that you can take photos either standing or seated. These canvas sides can be changed back to glass windows when traveling between parks.

Our driver-guides have more than 10 years of safari experience and are able to position the vehicle well for better photo angles. We can also help you obtain off-road permits for the Masai Mara, if needed. These permits enable you to go off-road for closer wildlife photos, however it’s not guaranteed.

5 Passenger 4×4 Land Cruiser

This safari vehicle is best for small groups of 2 to 4 people. It has a pop-up roof for easy viewing and taking pictures. The smooth suspension gives you a comfortable ride. It can switch between rear-wheel and four-wheel drive for different types of roads. There is a radio to communicate with other safari guides and help find more animals. The vehicle has high mud-grip tires for rough roads. It is equipped with two spare tires for added safety. The vehicle will be driven by an experienced safari guide who can also spot the animals. Its fuel efficient, which will help you save money. Free Wi-Fi is available.
