The predators turn out in large numbers which include; Crocodiles, cheetahs, lions, hyenas, black-backed jackals and mangoes, and many others. Do you know at Masai Mara there is a ballooning Safari? This is the experience of a lifetime.

Masai Mara is one of the largest parks in Kenya which also extends to Tanzania at some point, preserver for wildlife and tourist attraction place.

4 Days Migration Safari

People living at Masai Mara are the Maasai community who can be recognized by their red cloth known as “Masai Shuka” in the Kenyan language Swahili.

They believe the red cloth will scare away the wild lions in the villages. The Maasai are a nomadic community meaning they move from one place to another in search of water and pasture for their cattle. The Masai people extend to Tanzania as Masai mara is the continuation of Serengeti.

If you are interested in proceeding to Serengeti from Masai Mara this is possible as long you have a valid Tanzania Visa.

Migration safari Day 1: Nairobi / Airport – Masai Mara

Departure from Nairobi to Masai Mara for the game drive at Masai Mara Safari. Arriving at around noon, have lunch at the camp which is included in the safari. Later in the evening proceed for your sunset Game drive for 2 and a half hours. Later dinner, and overnight in the Camp.

Migration Safari day 2: Masai Mara Game viewing and photography

After breakfast, you will proceed for your game drive at Masai mara game reserve in search of the big 5. Masai Mara game reserve is about 1510 kilometers square. Plenty of wildlife in the park including the big five (lion, elephant, buffalo, rhino, leopard) and others which include giraffe crocodile, cheetah, wildebeest, and many other animals.

Lunch will be served inside the Masai Mara Game reserve (bush meals parked meal). Later in the evening head back to the camp for your dinner and overnight.

Migration Safari day 3: Masai Mara Wildebeest migration site

After Morning breakfast, a full day spent at the site of migration at Masai Mara River with full lunch packed for the Safari. Dinner and overnight in the camp.

Migration safari day 4: Masai Mara – Nairobi

Departure from Masai Mara to Nairobi and drive at midday. You will be arriving in Nairobi in the evening and be transferred to your place of stay or airport for your departure.
